TFCU allows for multiple owners on an account. All owners of an account can perform transactions independently to include the closing out of the account except for applying individually for loans..
- Only the primary owner of an account can apply for an individual loan. If a joint owner would like to apply for an individual loan, they must open a primary account in their name.
- Any someone is added or removed from an account a new updated membership application should be signed.
- Any joint owners must provide a Social Security number along with a valid form of government ID.
- All current members must be present on an account to add a joint owner.
