Get ready to celebrate Southern Arizona’s emerging music talent at Rock the Old Pueblo, a youth Battle of the Bands presented in partnership with Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers.
Inspired by the nationally recognized Proof is in the Pudding music competition, Rock the Old Pueblo provides young musicians with an opportunity to showcase their talent, gain live performance experience, and compete alongside other rising artists from across the region.
Whether you’re a fan of rock, pop, country, alternative, or original music, Rock the Old Pueblo promises an unforgettable afternoon of live entertainment and community spirit.
By attending Rock the Old Pueblo, you’re helping support the mission of Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers, which empower young people through music, arts, creativity, and life-changing educational opportunities.

Selected performers may also have the opportunity to perform as opening acts for future concerts and events at AVA Amphitheater, giving local talent the chance to showcase their music before larger audiences.
