ACH

• When do I need to have my ACH request submitted as an end user?
  • End User Cutoff Time: 11:30 am – this allow for the primary business admin to approve the request before TFCU’s cutoff time.
• When does TFCU require Business ACH requests submitted for same day processing?
  • Financial Institution Approval Cutoff Time: 12:30 pm

REMOTE DEPSOIT

• Does TFCU provide a desktop scanner when you enroll?
  • No, TFCU does not supply desktop scanners as part of enrollment. Members are responsible for purchasing their own scanner from the list of approved models.

WIRES

• What is the cutoff time to have wires submitted same day?
  • The daily financial institution cutoff time for same-day wire processing is 12:00 pm. Wires submitted after this time will be processed the following business day.
• What is the fee to wire from my business account?
  • If the business is enrolled in the TM bundle, there is no per-wire fee, as the monthly TM bundle fee covers wire services.

COST

• What is the cost for this service, and when am I billed?
  • The service has a monthly fee of $99. We will list your account in our system and we will automatically debit the fee at the end of each month.
• What is the cost for à la carte options?
  • ACH Origination – $40
