All of Your Resources in One Place!
Starting March 3, 2025, business accounts will receive an exciting upgrade to their online banking experience! This release introduces a range of new features, designed specifically to meet the needs of businesses. These features include:
Token Authentication: Strengthen your business account security with token authentication. When enabled, token authentication provides a secure alternative to the usual text or call methods when logging in from a new device or browser. This option generates a random six-digit code through the VIP Access app, which you’ll enter in the business banking verification field.
Desk Top Check Deposit (Coming May 2025): Easily deposit multiple checks into your account using a supported check scanner. This convenient feature eliminates the need to visit a branch and is faster than using your mobile app. More details to come soon.
Direct Connect with Quicken and QuickBooks: Link your TFCU business accounts directly with Desktop QuickBooks and Quicken. This automated two-way connection allows you to access your TFCU activity from within your QuickBooks or Quicken platform.
AutoBooks (Coming May 2025): Add a payment page to your website, create and send invoices, or use their bookkeeping solutions to keep your finances in order.
ACH & Wire Payments (Coming May 2025): Initiate wire and ACH payments without stepping into a branch. More details to come soon.
Separate Login Credentials for per User: Give your employees access with their own unique credentials and permissions, which you can set up and manage.
- Money Management – Direct Connect and AutoBooks offer similar functionality
- Near Real Time Alerts – While Near Real Time (NRT) alerts are no longer available for Business accounts, TFCU still offers the same trusted alert types, now conveniently delivered on a daily basis.
- External Funds Transfers – Transferring to and from other Banks and Credit Unions will be available with our new ACH and wire functionality coming later this year.
Once upgraded your payee and history information for Bill Pay and Zelle will no longer be accessible.
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend saving your payee contact information in a secure location before the upgrade, so you can easily add them to your new Bill Pay and Zelle profiles.
