The 2026–27 FAFSA® form is officially open. If you or someone you know plans to attend a college or career school, this form can be a valuable resource.

The FAFSA® (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is available to all students, regardless of income, who want to be considered for federal, state, and school-based financial aid programs. This includes grants, scholarships, and work-study opportunities.

As a financial coach, I encourage students of all ages to take advantage of the resources available, many of which can significantly reduce or even eliminate education costs.
