Personal Finance Presentation Descriptions

My name is Robyn Austin and I am the Financial Education Specialist at Tucson Federal Credit Union (TFCU). I am responsible for presenting no-cost personal finance presentations to adults in Pima County. The presentations are delivered on-site for non- and for-profit businesses and organizations. The presentations listed below can be delivered in English and in Spanish for groups of any size.

The Value of a Relationship with a Credit Union
This class helps adults to understand the differences between banks and credit unions and the importance of establishing a relationship with a financial institution.

Managing Your Money
This presentation focuses on the benefits of a relationship with a credit union in helping people to manage their finances. Participants will learn tips to save money and will create a budget.

Understanding Credit Reports
Effectively managing credit is important to one's financial well-being. This presentation will teach participants how to understand credit reports and credit scores, and what can be done to improve a credit report.
